ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You must be 13 years of age or older to visit or use this Site in any manner, and, if under the age of 18 or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, must use this Site under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. By visiting this Site or accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant to PPA that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions. You also represent and warrant to PPA that you will use this Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
All content included on this Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, images, designs, artwork, photographs, logos, audio or video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of, or licensed to, PPA or is the property of PPA’s content suppliers or licensors and protected by the laws of Cyprus and other countries and international treaties. The compilation of all content of this Site is the property of PPA and is protected by the laws of Cyprus and other countries and international treaties. PPA’s marks indicated on this Site are registered trademarks of PPA. All other marks that are not owned by PPA that appear on this Site, such as those of PPA’s clients, are the property of their respective owners, which may or may not be affiliated with or connected to PPA. All of the above marks may not be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited without the permission of PPA or the owner of such marks.
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions the following is meant with these terms:
1.2 “Participant”: the natural person using the services of PPA ROOKIES CAMP in the capacity of participant.
1.4 “Contractor”: the natural person or legal entity entering into the Agreement with PPA ROOKIES CAMP.
1.5 “Agreement”: an agreement between PPA ROOKIES CAMP and the Contractor regarding one or more services to be rendered by PPA ROOKIES CAMP to the Contractor and the Participant.
1.6 “Participation costs”: the total amount to be paid for the services to be rendered by PPA ROOKIES CAMP regarding the agreement that was closed with the Contractor, inclusive of VAT.
2.1 The current Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, project confirmations and any agreements stemming from them or connected to them, or further agreements regarding the “PPA ROOKIES CAMP, to be held in Meneou, Larnaca, on 01, 02, 03 July 2016, provided by PP AGENCIES LIMITED.
2.2 The applicability of any general (or specific) conditions or terms of the Contractor is expressly denied by PPA ROOKIES CAMP
2.3 Deviations from or additions to, in whichever form, the Agreement or the Terms and Conditions are only valid in case PPA ROOKIES CAMP has agreed to them in writing.
2.4 In case of any discrepancy between the provisions in the Terms and Conditions and/or provisions from the Agreement, the latter prevail.
2.5 In case any provision in these Terms and Conditions is not applicable or contrary to the Public Order or the Law, only the provision in question will be considered unwritten and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in force completely.
3. CREATION OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1 All offers by PPA ROOKIES CAMP are free of obligation and subject to the available capacity, unless it is specifically agreed upon otherwise.
3.2 The Agreement is created after the Contractor has filled in the registration form via the website, has checked all the necessary fields and the Terms and Conditions and has sent the form.
3.3 In case of registration via the internet, there will be a period of reflection of 14 days regarding the remote purchase. Within that period of time, the registration may be cancelled, free of charge and without a provision of reasons, provided that it is effectuated in writing.
4.1 Payment via JCC offers the possibility of payment via VISA and MASTER-CARD.
5. INSTRUCTIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT
5.1 The Participant is under obligation to observe all reasonable instructions by PPA ROOKIES CAMP that are conducive to the proper performance of the Agreement. Also, the Participant must respect the code of conduct that PPA ROOKIES CAMP wishes to be observed during the stay at the camp based on the Agreement.
5.2 Any participant that causes hindrance or nuisance or may do so, as a result of which the proper performance of the Agreement by PPA ROOKIES CAMP is made difficult to a severe extent, may be excluded from (the continuation of) participation by PPA ROOKIES CAMP. All costs and damages caused by this will be at the expense of the Participant.
6. LIABILITY OF PPA ROOKIES CAMP
6.1 All baggage and other personal belongings will remain at the risk of the Participant at all times. PPA ROOKIES CAMP does not accept any liability for damages to (valuable) items, baggage and other personal belongings of the Participant, regardless of whether they were put in the custody of the staff of PPA ROOKIES CAMP, as a result of theft, loss or damage.
6.2 PPA ROOKIES CAMP does not accept any liability for damages for which a reimbursement claim exists based on a travel or accident insurance or based on (liability) insurances of third parties that are involved in the performance of the Agreement by PPA ROOKIES CAMP.
6.3 With due regard to the provisions in the preceding paragraph of this article, all liability of PPA ROOKIES CAMP is limited to the amount any claim is based on in the case in question, based on its (liability) insurance(s).
6.4 PPA ROOKIES CAMP does not accept any liability for damages caused to the cars of the parents or guardians or attendees of the participants during the parking of their cars close or into the training center where the Camp will take place.
7. LIABILITY OF CONTRACTOR
7.1 The Contractor is jointly and severally liable for all damages that is/will be created for PPA ROOKIES CAMP and/or any third party as a direct or indirect consequence of an accountable shortcoming – such including failure to observe the code of conduct below – by the Participant.
7.2 The Contractor will exempt PPA ROOKIES CAMP from any damages liability claims by third parties stemming from or connected to the use by the Participant of the facilities and/or services in concordance with the Agreement.
8. FORCE MAJEURE/AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION/ PPA ROOKIES CAMP
8.1 If PPA ROOKIES CAMP is partly or wholly prevented by force majeure from carrying out one or more obligations stemming from the Agreement, PPA ROOKIES CAMP is authorised to offer an alternative that is equal in value in its’ opinion, or to have the Agreement partly or wholly cancelled, without any judicial interference, without being liable for any payment of damages vis-à-vis the Contractor.
8.2 Force majeure, as referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, includes insufficient registrations for participation in an event. This is the case if the number of registrations amounts to less than 70% of the maximum number of participants per event which is 200 persons for the Camp.
9. CANCELLATION BY THE CONTRACTOR
9.1 Cancellation must take place in writing, in which correspondence the date of the postmark will serve as the indicative date for the provisions in paragraph 2 of this article.
9.2 Cancellation 14 days before the event may only take place in case of one of the following reasons: serious illness, serious injury or severe calamities. In case of illness or injury, a medical attestation must be provided to PPA ROOKIES CAMP.
9.3 Other reasons for cancellation may only be presented up to 14 days before the event, such including the involved administration and cancellation costs.
10. LOST AND FOUND
10.1 Lost and found items will be kept by PPA ROOKIES CAMP for three days after the event has ended. After the expiration of that term, PPA ROOKIES CAMP is authorized to transfer these items to a charity organization of its own choice.
12. OTHER STIPULATIONS
12.1 Any audio-visual material of the activities of PPA ROOKIES CAMP and its participants that is recorded on the premises and at various locations may be used by PPA ROOKIES CAMP in its communication means for the promotion of PPA ROOKIES CAMP.
12.2 Official PPA ROOKIES CAMP photographs will be taken on the courses. These pictures could be used in PPA ROOKIES CAMP publications (website, emails and other promotional materials) and the Participant gives hereby his mutual consent to PPA ROOKIES CAMP to use them by all legal means.
12.3 All participants must deliver to PPA ROOKIES CAMP a recently issued Certificate of Excellent Health Condition from a Doctor which confirms that the participant is healthy and does not suffers any serious health problems. Failure of delivery of such a certificate gives PPA ROOKIES CAMP the right not to allow to the participant to participate in the Camp.
12.3 It is imperative that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that any Participant suffers.

PPA reserves the right (but shall have no duty) to disable links from these third party sites to this Site. PPA makes no representations concerning the content of sites linked to this Site or listed in any of PPA’s directories. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PPA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THIS SITE OR MATERIALS OR FUNCTIONS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF PPA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by PPA. Your access to this Site may be terminated immediately without notice from PPA for any reason, including without limitation, if, in PPA’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon such termination, you must cease use of this Site and destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of this Site. Upon such termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms and Conditions, so that these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PPA relating to the subject matter herein, supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. PPA will not accept any counter-offers to these Terms and Conditions, and all such offers are hereby categorically rejected. PPA’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver by PPA of any provision or any right it has to enforce these Terms and Conditions, nor shall any course of conduct between PPA and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions. You may not assign any of your rights, obligations or privileges hereunder without the prior, written consent of PPA. Any assignment of the foregoing other than as provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void and shall at no time have any legal validity. No waiver of any provision or any right granted hereunder will be effective unless set forth in a written instrument signed by the waiving party. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this Site or access to this Site. The titles and subtitles used in these Terms and Conditions are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting these Terms and Conditions.
